I qualified as a dental nurse in 1997,and during my time in this role I gained much experience working with Specialist Dentists in Oral surgery and Implants.
After working in Newcastle upon Tyne for a number of years I decided to move to London to work with a well known Implantologist in Chelsea.
Moving to London had a great impact on my career. And I gained experience in Cosmetic Dentistry, Practice Management, Compliance and Business Development. I also worked as a Nutritional Therapist in one of the smaller dental practices I worked at.

I have been dedicated to the dental industry over the years. And I enjoy working with dentists and the dental team. And my biggest asset is the ability to create a strong team through my transparent and friendly nature.

I decided to start The Dental Compliance Team when I identified a need to support smaller practices with the ever changing legal requirements for compliance. I know all too well that Dental Professional's are extremely busy people and mostly, they do not have time to sift through paperwork, understanding the requirements and how to implement systems with the team.
