I enjoy working at management level, I have a strong track record for ensuring the efficient day-to-day management in both a private and an NHS dental practice contained within one building. I have designed and implemented successful procedures and systems. I continuously review and improve procedures and the way we work to be in line with industry best practice. I work directly with the Principal Dentist to ensure the delivery of quality NHS and Private dental care and successfully provide a service to our patients in line with GDC / DoH / CQC guidelines, Health & Safety, Employment and other legislation. I motivate and lead the practice team alongside carrying out my own Oral Health Education surgeries caring for referred patients on a one to one or group basis. I also undertake receptionist and dental nurse duties when necessary. I also execute and manage an OPG panoral radiograph referral service for local dental practices’ and their patients.
